GL1500 leaking gas

Postby pshearer » Sat Oct 08, 2016 3:24 pm

A few weeks after rebuilding my fuel petcock gas started leaking from the bottom of my carburetor. It happens right after starting the bike. The link below is a short video of the leak.

Any ideas?

Looks like it'd could be either the right side bowl gasket or the accelerator pump to bowl o-ring. Could even be the fuel supply hose to that side. Try pushing and wiggling the supply hose tighter first before you pull the carbs.
