cables not connected under seat

I have a 1998 Goldwing SE. I removed seat today and there are two cable lying there not connected to anything. Anybody know what theses cable are ????

I'm not sure what kind of cables you are talking about but I think they could be the cables that adjust the passenger floorboards. They are connected to a release lever under the right side passenger armrest compartment, under the speaker. When you release the lever it allows the passenger floorboards to move upward by spring tension. When the passenger has their feet on the floorboards and release the lever they can push the floorboards down.
