Relays - Post 37234

Post by Elmobile » Thu May 11, 2017 11:53 am

What happen to post 37234 which talked about potential alternative relays from Hyundai or Kya cars for the relay. I had put it in my favorites to read later. When I got back to it this morning and it was gone?
Any chances that this info could be re-posted?
For some of us in Canada, being able to buy stuff at our local NAPA is the cheapest option we have...

Thanks.

I can't find that thread either but I do have some info that I jotted down from it.

HMC DEKO 95220-22100
Used in Hyundai and Kia cars (about 2000 vintage) replaces Honda G8MS-H30 relay.

I sent you a PM with some info.
"It´s a friggen motorcycle, it´s not supposed to be comfortable, quiet or safe. The wind noise is supposed to hurt your ears, the seat should be hard and riding it should make you s**t your pants every now and then. "

Yes, the number is correct.
I have replaced all of my relays (except Position Light relay) in the relay box with that. I opened one of them and compared with the OEM relay, and saw that all of the interior parts are exactly the same.

Everyone should write down these part numbers or screenshot this before this thread with alternative relays mysteriously disappears, too ;)
