I have a 1999 Goldwing what is the best transmission oil to use

10w 40 motorcycle oil

Goldwings don't use a separate transmission fluid. The engine oil serves both.

A good motorcycle oil or rotella t synthetic oil.

You really should read your owners manual and take a motorcycle safety course. If you don't know about tranmission oil then you must be fairly new to the scene. Good luck with the bike, I love mine.
