Just bought a 94 gl 1500a I have two questions maybe someone out there will. when I open the fuel door on either side there is a white plastic leaver that slides I cant figure out what they do. and inside the right fairing pocket there is a chrome knob that turns feels almost like a volume control I looked in the manual cannot find either of these any help would be apprecited.

I don't know about the plastic levers near the fuel filler, but I have never heard of a knob inside the pocket - that sounds like an aftermarket item added by a previous owner to me.

The 2 white plastic slides lock the radio shelter to the false tank tupperware. The knob in the cubby sounds like a fader. That is where my aftermarket fader is mounted on mine.

I believe that adjusts the Idle, never tried to use mine since my idle is and has always been perfect.
