Front End shakes at any speed on Honda Trike

Font end shakes bad on 1988 Honda Trike GL1500 when you release grip on handibar at any speed. Why?

Could be a number of reasons, including head bearings, tire wear - did they change the caster on the front wheel when they triked the bike?
