1993 Aspencade rear speaker issues

Postby Twinboom » Sun Jun 05, 2011 8:30 pm

My rear speakers were crackling quite a bit. The other day I got on it and took it up to pretty high RPM's, and the rear speakers made a bunch of noise, and now don't work. Any thoughts? I have a Clymers manual, but can't seem to locate it at present. Thanks, Doug Blackburn

I'd be willing to bet that the connector under the seat wasn't making good contact and now isn't making contact at all.

Thanks. I am just getting into and don't know the simplest of things yet. I'm sure I will become very versed in in after some time. I'll pull the seat this weekend and give it a look. Thanks, Doug Blackburn
