Replacing windshield

Postby rndvanderbilt » Thu Jul 28, 2011 3:26 pm

New (to me) Wing owner, moved, windshield broke in moving truck. Is there somewhere on this site where I can look at or download that portion of the service manual, or do I need to buy the $65 service & repair manual? thanks.

Or you could just go to the 1500 How To Articles section on this site and read the step-by-step instructions with pictures: How to replace your windshield

Thanx, everyone. What I did was I followed the advice of one of the first people to respond to my query: I bought the OEM service manual and got all of the info I'll ever need for working on my Wing, from the windshield all the way back to the license plate and everything in between. Hundreds of pages, many, many photos. The best $65 I've spent in many moons.
