This website talks about free downloadable parts and service manuals, and I'm unable to find them on the site. I've clicked on manuals and followed the thread I think should lead me to the free manuals, but it just leads to where someone wants to sell me one. I don't mind buying something if I need to, but if it's free here somewhere, that'd be foolish. Any help?

I just upgraded from a 83 Aspy to a 99. I have the entire set of 83 manuals from this wonderfull website and it's users! I was wondering if anyone had a downloadable copy of the 99 manuals? I would appreciate it greatly.
