cassette won't eject

Postby DougR » Mon Oct 10, 2011 4:51 pm

My display shows a cassette tape with two arrows pointing at each other. When I push the eject button I hear a click, but the hatch does not open, nor does the tape eject.

I also tried pushing the change direction button, but nothing happens.

Any ideas?

If you can get with Sierra Electronics M/C phone number 1-800-338-6938 and ask them they work on radios that come out of Goldwings and might be willing to help you I'm sure they get them all the time with tapes stuck inside the player or you could send it to them and let them fix it they fixed mine very good people.
