Can anyone tell me where the neutral switch is located on my 1994 honda goldwing trike?

It's not actually a neutral switch, it's a gear position switch, that tells the ECU what gear the transmission is in. It's buried deep, on the front of the engine:

Gear Position Switch
Gear Position Switch

What do you need it for?

That is a bit annoying when someone asks a question, they get a response, and then nothing! Others are also interested in the status of the problem, so please be kind and followup with outcomes. Thanks.

The world is not going to finish today, as it is already tomorrow in Australia and New Zealand, and other islands of foreign nations such as Guam and Samoa.
