Best to call the dealer and compare the part numbers. The speedo drive also serves as a spacer so it needs to be the right width. Best to go with the Goldwing part.

You might think about taking it off the bike and looking inside it.My 1100 was dried up and the "tangs" that engaged it to the wheel were bent a little.just enough to stop the mechanism from turning.
