I have recently bought a 2002 Gold Wing and found the radio/cb/intercom does not work. When I turn the ignition on I hear a pop from the rear speakers. The mute button is in the right postion. I did check all of the fuses.OK. Sure could us some help.

You may not have rear speakers?
if you have! turn on the radio, right radio knob-push, you will see FADER, roll there, front or rear,
and that's it!

Thanks for getting back to me. I had tried this fader adjustment before and nothing happens. I do have rear speakers.
I am about to take the top shelter off and have a look around.
Thanks again.

Daft question, but you have told it to send the sound to the speakers and not the headsets?

Remove the seat! the black box is a rubber - black 4 pin connector from the speakers, check with an ohmmeter or a weak battery by touching the two wires, if you hear crackling in the speaker, it is well
1.Red / Y Br and / W
2.Bu / y and Gr / W
these are the colors of the cable
Disconnect the ignition disconnect, select the appropriate connector, check the speaker connector!
