I want to know if there is a way to get to the cruise control and how hard is it for dummies like me... Cruise switch stuck

First, try spraying the switch with contact cleaner and working it in and out. It may clear up. If not, then look under the handlebar module for small philips head screws, and when you take them out, you will be able to get inside the switch module. Beware of springs popping out. Do you have a service manual? If not, find one here:
