Synthetic 90W final drive oil

Post by bbcwing » Sun Jul 01, 2012 11:29 pm

Is there any reason to use, or not use synthetic gear oil?
It looks as though it meets or exceeds Honda's specs.

Absolutely no reason not to use it. It will perform better than a dino gear oil, and protect from wear. My owners manual calls for an 80W gear oil, so I use this one:
It ain't about the destination - it's all about the journey
