Um...push the button that changes it from headset to speakers, perhaps it's on headset and you want sound from speakers. Just a suggestion. How bout your mute button or volume control?

I can only think of the things that ST4R50 suggested, otherwise your radio/speakers/amp may have died, but I have not heard of that happening before!! Go for the easy stuff first, have you selected the speakers/intercom correctly, is the mute button not pushed in and have you got the volume turned up? Is the CB turned off, it could be over-riding the radio, but if the CB volume is low you won't hear any noise just silence. The easiest thing is to just turn the CB off first and see if the radio works (Just press the CB button for a few seconds and the CB will turn off). Also have you got the radio selected? Press the radio button to select the FM radio.
