Re: bluetooth connections
Rambler... try your own link. It works fine, whereas m2102's doesn't. Another thing you can look at is found in this thread.Rambler444 wrote:sorry about this but tried to go to http://www.directlineparts.com and was denined said I didn`rt have attority to go there ok but thanks anyway will keep looking cu Charlie

Probably the Admin could do it, but not otherwise, no.

I took care of it. You can edit your own posts, but only for a certain amount of time after they are originally posted. That's to keep hackers using compromised accounts from being able to damage/delete old postings (most commonly changing them all to advertising spam).m2102 wrote:is their any way to edit a post so that i could take out word support out of the link i posted?

Re: bluetooth connections
YES YOU CAN!!!! This month's issue (November 2012) of Rider has a piece on it (page 62) with exactly how to do this! Recommended is the Chatterbox stereo to blue tooth adapter (p/n 2303 $59 and an intercom system adapter plug (p/n 3900 S19) both from the Aerostitch catalog. You will of course have to have a blue toothed helmet. Welcome news for those of us who like the cordless audio route for sound.Rambler444 wrote:here`s my question? Re: bluetooth connections
If you have Nolan blue tooth helmets you can buy their N-Com bluetooth system. The rider will have to plug-in to allow the Gold Wing Intercom system to be heard by co-rider who does not need to plug-in. The one draw back is you cannot transmit on the CB using this system. I tried and all I got was a squeal during CB transmissions. I ended up with going to the J&M speaker/mic for my Nolan N90 helmets and then used the J&M CBFR1800 bluetooth Phone/GPS/Radar detector integrations system. I have used this for integrating my Zumo 660 into the Gold Wing intercom system. Once setup properly it works good. The main issues I ran into with install: multi-purpose button does not fit between ISO grips for heated grips which was installed in the left compartment box and my Zumo 660 volume is very high. I am working that and think I can control via Zumo.
