Motorcyle Operators Manual

Postby Fred Blind » Sat Apr 03, 2010 10:04 am

Hello I am a new wing owner, just purchased a 2005 1800 goldwing, the former owner didnt have the manual.
What would be the cheapest way of picking one up? Any ideas
Fred

Ebay's got one for $30:

If you don't care about the year matching...there's an 01 on there for bid at 5$:

You can use any manual from 2001-2005...the bikes are all the same within those year ranges.

You can get a brand new 2006 one for $16. The only 2005 one they have is in three languages and is $27. Or, you could go to eBay and pay $30, of course. :)

Or....you could bid on the 2001 one thats $5 that at least is the most similar to the 05 instead of paying for an 06 manual that has newer stuff in it that doesn't apply to your bike. There's not a whole lot of demand for the manuals, so you'd probably win the 01 manual for only $5 with no trouble.

In light of recent events, I think I'd go buy it from ebay before I supported the group had had the manuals pulled from this site...if you would have come here about a month ago, you would have been able to download it for no charge.
