HID fog lights

Has anyone installed HID lights in the fog light lower shroud on a GL1800? It already has an on/off switch, just wondering.

I would not have thought that you would want superbright, long distance, lights as fog lights. If you turn on fog lights in fog, all you get is a white wall that makes you travel slower. The idea of a fog light is to get as low as possible, so that you see under the fog, and not through the fog. More lumens for a fog light, does not mean better visibility.

The world is not going to finish today, as it is already tomorrow in Australia and New Zealand, and other islands of foreign nations such as Guam and Samoa.
