Hello all, I am trying to find the replacement glass for my 08 GL1800, I am finding this to be very hard, all that I need is the glass piece that you place back in with that Phillips head screw. Wonder if anyone has an replacement that you would like to sale or guide me where to go.

I got mine from here http://www.ebay.com/itm/221282841360?it ... 60&vxp=mtr Only place I could find unfortunately the shipping costs as much as the glass but the alternative was to go with Muth mirrors which cost a whole lot more. Now for the bad news. My glass had a tiny flaw that distorts the view but it is almost invisible. They did give me a $10 refund. Would I buy from here again, yes since I am not ready to pay 150+. If you find a different supplier let us know. I just did a search for gl1800 mirror glass and went to the ebay site. So do a search with those key words. Here is the ebay site http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Genuine-Hon ... 07&vxp=mtr

The glass in those aftermarket mirrors is usually flat. I bought a pair once for my 1100 and was never satisfied with them. Eventually found some used OEM in good condition.

I've used MULTIVEX mirrors for years so flat mirrors were never a problem. The problem is, I don't think MULTIVEX is in business any longer.
