You Can't, I contacted Honda USA and they told me you would need to purchase a new LCD unit from a model that had the temperature range you wanted. My wing shows temp in Faranheit (which means nothing to me) and I wanted it in Celcius!! I couldn't believe that a $7000 car has that capability but a $25,000 bike doesn't..

That is unbelievable. Also unbelievable is that they would manufacture different chips/circuit boards to show different temperature units.

I'm sure you could take the LCD apart, and on the circuit board that drives it, or that has the temperature sensor connected to it, you would find either a jumper, or a small solder pad that is connected for one temperature unit, and disconnected for the other - and during manufacturing, it's either soldered/jumpered or not depending on the destination market. If that's the case (and I would be VERY surprised if it is not), you could change it easily, or connect a switch that you could use to change it when you wanted. Same goes for the miles/km settings.

Wingman is correct, I would also be surprised that there is not a simple way to switch on the fly, I just stated what Honda told me. It didn't bother me enough to try dismantling the unit and look for the solder pads, but it probably can be done.
