I now live in the USA and like miles, but cannot get use to Farenheit. I would be very interested in hearing about getting the temperature converted to Centigrade.. I am getting quite good at subtracting 32 and then doing the 5 ninths conversion in my head, but would prefer to have the gauge just give a usefull number..

I would like to change mine over from miles/f to km/c. Live in Canda and bike is from US. Anyone know who does this?

A suggestion for changing the miles to KMPH or vise versa is to do what I did on my 1500. On another G/W forum there was a member there that was looking for a KMPH speedo and I was looking for an MPH one. The only problem was, he was in Australia and I'm in the UK. No problem though as a month later I was going to be in Australia on holiday with my family. He talked me through removing the speedo from my 1500 and tkaing it apart and removing just the speedo face. Then I wrapped it up in tissue paper and stowed it away in my luggage. We met up in Darling Harbout in Sydney, had a coffee and a good blether (chat) and then we went on our ways.

Only a suggestion but it worked for both of us....if you can find somebody in the same boat..

I just recently purchased my first Goldwing 1800. As I was playing with the settings, I saw that on the temp. there was a setting for F or C and toggled between them.I don't know if this is the same for Ml to Km as I did not fool with that. IN all honesty I can not tell you how I did it now, but it was in the settings on my 2008 airbag model. If all models are the same play with your settings and you might be able to change it there. Hope this helps. Good luck and good riding

Maybe the 2008 is different to my 2003. Honda America specifically told me that my 2003 could not change between Farenheit and centigrade, or miles and Kilometers!!
