Hi all, can anyone help? Does anyone know the step by step approach to remove the front wheel from a 2014 airbag model GL1800 wing. I'm just unsure about the airbag sensor.

Removing the front wheel is the same as non airbag model, no additional steps to take, even with ABS, the only difference is a shroud clamp on the RHS to withdraw the calliper.
If at first you don't succeed, hide the evidence.

On my '13, I remov the fender. While the bike is on the center stand I put blocks of wood under the engine block to elevate the front wheel off the ground. Next I remove the large axle nut on the right. Next loosen the axle pincher bolts left and right (don't take them all the way out). Next I take the left capiler loose (no need to take both loose) and hang it with a piece of wire from the forks (don't let it dangle). Put a Phillips screwdriver through th hole on the left end of the axle and work it loose and pull it out. Be prepared to catch the wheel and let the left rotor slide out of the left caliper. Don't get the axle spacers mixed up; one is bigger than the other. Make sure the axle is shoved all the way in to the mark on the left end before tightening the right pinch bolts. Use proper torque values when tightening everything back up. I think it is 44 ftpds for the axle nut, 23 for the caliper and 16 for the pinch bolts. Apply the brakes a couple of times and bounce the tire off the ground a couple of times before tightening the left pinch bolts.
