I have a 2010 Goldwing with a motortrike conversion kit on it , one of the running board lights have burned out , can I just replace bub or the whole light ?

It is just a 2 1/2" fog lamp with a 55W halogen bulb, reach in behind it and unplug it. Use a torch and small mirror to have a look first, but no harder than replacing a headlight bulb. Unless you need the beam and focus of a halogen I would replace them with decent LED bulbs.
If at first you don't succeed, hide the evidence.
