seats, tires, oil, highway pegs, several kinds and several different body type and sizes. Your best bet is to try a wing with different seats on them and try them out. Or if there is a Gold Wing rally you can attend go there they usually have several different seat manufacturers there and you try them out.
I would say that generally speaking the Russell Day Long is about the favorite but it is the most expensive.

I have a buddy that got a Corbin... he loves it... I hate it. I have an Ultimate seat, I love it ... he hates it. It is very subjective. Wing Ding in Billings, MT, this year would be a perfect place to try all the seats. You will have to register to get into the vendor area. When I was at Americade, they had two or three places set up to sell only their own seats, so that might or might not work for you. Wing Ding, last time I attended, had just about every seat you could get, on display, and available to sit on. Mustang and Road Sofa are two others that come to mind.
It ain't about the destination - it's all about the journey

You also might want to check out Wingsoft. Ive had their large seat for quite a number of years and it works fine for me. But they make a small version for the shorter wing riders. Heres the link for you to check out.

I had a Mustang seat on my Honda Shadow aand loved it. I have never had a problem with the stock seaat on any of the 7 Gold Wings I have owned. Wing Ding is a great place to try a seat but then again, you can only sit on it for a short period of time.

I'm the opposite.Out of 6 Wings(one of each size,2 1200's) none of the stock seats felt good to me or the wife.
If I'da known it would last this long,I'da taken better care of it.

That's the reason there are so many seat manufacturers out there.
