manufacturer (vendor) of Lehman/Champion trike rear axles

I am trying to learn who is the manufacturer (vendor) of the rear (solid) axle assemblies for Lehman Goldwing Monarch II trike, during their 2011 year production. This is prior to Lehman, and Champion becoming the same builder. Can anyone help out with what vendor Lehman used for their solid rear axle assemblies in 2011, or even years close to 2011?

I have a 2005 and have been told the rear end is a Mustang. The disc brakes are modified Polaris ATV units, welded to the Mustang drum. The drum brakes serve as the parking brake. The pads are Polaris.
