power commander v

Could someone share with me any experience with a power commander v installed on there 1800.

I talked it over with an installer who was doing Harleys and others, when I was at Americade in 2014. He said it would not do much, as Goldwings are pretty efficient already. It would, however, cost a lot of money to get him to do the work, as lots of tupperware has to come off. I declined to do the work at that time. The installer, by the way, was also a dyno guy, and I have known him for a long time. He does not fib. I took his word.

If you want more zip contact Don Guhl at Guhl motors. Depending on the year of your wing he can reflash your ecm for more performance. He has different stages depending on how far you want to go. Theyre not listed on his website as you have to call him. Certain early 1800 wings cannot be reflashed.
