I Marco V :)

The handlebar cover is the black plastic piece that are like ears Miki-Mouse ????

As picture ????

If it's like in the picture, I install them.

I'll tell you how to install, if this piece.

I Marco V :D

Here's how I install handlbar cover.

you must buy two Screws longer than originally.

You make two spaces, the same height as you install on the handlebars, with a hole in the center.

you see him on the pictures with three red arrows.

And I made two holes in each ear on the side, and I attach with a plastic tie, black tie wrap,

the bolt that clamps the fork, you have a picture, must attach the ears to bolt, otherwise it rubs on the dashboard.

If you have other questions. it's fake but it's good.

Getting the cover into that spot can be a pain any recommendations???

The material I use to make the spacer, I use his delrin a good plastic, but you just make them with nylon or aluminum, there have no pressure.

The size screw , you measure the length of the original screw, plus the height of the riser you have installed under your handlebars.

I do not have any notes of this whole setup, just a few pictures.if you do not understand, ask me questions, it's easy to do.
I made without pictures and explanations.
You'll succeed

I Marco V :D

You have to adjust the height of the spacers very fair, and lower Miki Mouse ears as possible, so they do not rub the underside of the dashboard.

You have other pictures, Just as you see it happening very fair on this pictures.

But you've got a 2010, I have a 2003, you it will have the same space, if you show me some pictures of her going to help better understand your question.

Flyboy,
I have not been able to get the screws or spacers we have been hit with snow almost every 3rd day. Will try to get the spacers and srews tomorrow. Do you think Lowes might have the screws and spacers?? When you place the cover back do you manuerver the cover from the back because I have a tough time getting the cover back on each time???

I saw the news that you had much snow in NY, here in Quebec as it is very cold -30 c.
For the Lowes store I do not know, we will not store in Quebec.

To cover that you talk to me if it covered the dashboard on my 2003 it is very different.

FlyBoy, Lowes is just like Home Depot - a huge hardware store.
