This problem is not constant. If the gear is in neutral and the neutral light does not come on,it will not turn over. You can pull in on the clutch, still will not turn over. Battery is good. Everything else comes on. You have to push start. You can ride awhile and the light may or may not come on when in neutral. If it comes on everything works ok and starts ok. The light can be on when you stop riding, but may not come on when you get ready to ride again. Anyone had this kind of problem before ?

Check your switches i think theres 3 the switch on the gear shifter may be sticking. Read about others having the problems on other sites.

I found that I was having problems with the selector in the same way and stripped the gear leaver/shifter off and found it coated in dirt around the shaft, between the leaver and the engine. Once cleaned no further problems.
