Wiring in a Zumo 665 to a 2001 Goldwing

Postby skfgoldwing » Sat Mar 26, 2011 11:36 am

I am trying to wire in a new Garmin Zumo 665 to my 2001 Goldwing. I want to install the unit on the right side handlebar but need some help with possible picture on what needs to be connected to what from a wiring standpoint. Can anyone help me out? Like where should the microphone jack be plugged into and where should I plug the headphone/audio out jack to? Thank you.

I place my Garmin 2610 hat my right on my GoldWing 1800 2003.

Under the glove box right there got a red plug, I cut two terminals and I plug the plug into the red.

You must install a media company Ram. http://www.ram-mount.com/Products/Motor ... fault.aspx

Here is a picture where I plug my Garmin 2610. Unfortunately I have that picture.

Thank you. Did you plug the the headphone/audio out jack into your AUX input on your bike? Secondly, I am wondering where I need to plug the MIC jack into the bike. Thanks much.
