Where is the starter located on the 02 1800. My starter just clicks and dim the lights. Battery is good

It is under the fuel tank. Methinks you will need a manual to get at it. Gotta take of the top shelter, and the left saddlebag tupperware.

Are you shure the battery is full charge.You should check your connection on the battery, make shure there tight, it sounds like it could be a bad ground. I would check the starter relay and starter switch and clean.

First thing you didn't need to remove the left saddlebag. I checked in my Clymer.

Make sure like say Flash2002 your battery if it has more than 12 volts, and you try to boost your battery with your car.
