TORQ TUBES

Postby GRAPEAPE94 » Fri Sep 16, 2011 10:11 am

Am thinking about instaling a set of TORQ TUBES on my '06. Would appreciate any feedback about performance, sound etc.

Do you mean Torq Loopz?

You might want to post a link to the product you are referring to as I am not familiar with the name that you provided.

Yeah, my mistake. I meant TORQ LOOPZ. The joys of getting older. I think one thing but say or write something else.

Okay - I only know of one person who has put these on a Goldwing and his perceptions are that it increased responsiveness and power. As he paired them with aftermarket exhaust, it is only a guess as to what part of his modification actually did what the results showed. It is louder. I like louder Harleys, because of the sound, but I am not that fond of louder six cylinder engines. They just sound wrong to me. (I said - to me, so it is not a discussion, only a personal observation) I like my Harleys loud and my Goldwings quiet, so I can hear the music. But better throttle response and more power are always something that interests me.

Torque-Loopz

I installed the loops on my 2008. Increased the power and performance. I installed the origional mufflers, just replaced the converter. Works fine, plan on a whole day to install, the hardest part was getting pipes separated from the mufflers. Ride on

God Bless
