I am looking for a grab bar for my 1977 GL1000.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

I might have what you are looking for. I'm new to this GoldWing thing so bear with me. I bought a basket case 75 GL1000 that I am restoring as a cafe/naked street bike. This bike came with some boxes full of parts and the bike has many parts on it that are not original 1975. I have found out the hard way that there are even parts from the late 70's and early 80's. The bike also did not come with a seat.

Anyway I do have what I think you are looking for. It may be off the 75 or late 70's I believe. The bar is shaped like "U" with the rear turned slightly upward in approximately 30 degrees or so. It also has mounting holes on each side of the bar for turn signals.

Do you think this is what you are looking for?

Go to http://www.randakks.com/gal.htm

The very first picture a blue 75 GoldWing named "Marilyn" is the same bar that I have. It is not perfect with some rust pitting. One turn signal mounting tube is broken off.

If you are interested and can pay by PayPal I would want shipping cost plus 5 or 10 bucks. Whatever you think is fair. If you are not interested, I will understand.

This is the best one I have that doesn't have any rust. The others are better structurally but have some minor rust.
