I hired a machinist here in San Antonio, Texas to cut these, he used Air Craft Aluminum [T-6] material and I made sure it clears the bolt head on the timing cover.. :D Oh and these are notched out for the keyway... :D

Put someone on it and off the center stand just on the floor, click the gears to third gear have them hold the brake's down too, then turn the bolt loose, I did it with my 120lb daughter, oh I also put a wood block under the rear wheel so it wasn't rolling forward if it wanted to...Bolt came right off..And my pulley is on my cycle and it's awesome man..Spins true as it gets, the notch for the keyway is what makes these so special..These are all gonna be gone then what..????

Oh there's one thing I forgot to tell you, after you put it in gear roll the bike forward a little until it stops then lock the brake, you want to take the play out if you can by doing that..
