Greetings. I am not too familiar with half-helmet headsets, but I have a pair of five-pin units. However, they are connected by zippers to black KBC half-helmets, size large. Does that sound like something you might be looking for?

I'm running into the same problem, attaching an intercom headset to a half helmet. My strap is sort of a "Y" at the ears, but open in the center causing the attaching issue. What I think I'm going to do is to cut out some vinyl and fasten it over the hole in the "Y" so I can Velcro the headset to it. I do believe that should solve the problem.

Aye, the more I look at these it appears as though the HELMET was part of the headset; the zipper does not want to be separated from it.
Sorry, it was worth a shot. You could, however, modify the headset somehow, as it has little straps through which the leg of the "Y" passes and the boom mike is integral with the left earpiece. The earpiece is already in a little vinyl "holster" so you could fasten it with snaps from Michael's, JoAnne's or even Walmart. Of course, there is still the issue of connecting left and right earpieces. If I knew how to attach pictures you could see what I mean. And are you going to spend less than $80.00 for a pair that you may have to adapt anyway? Just askin' is all.
