Does anyone have a 08 Goldwing service manual and if so, what would the cost be?

Click on the "Manuals" page on the top left of the screen, and it will take you right there - although they offer it on DVD only, it appears.

Thanks, I'll do it. Beats spending $100.00 for a manual that I will probably only use a couple of times a year.

If you are refering to the service manual, I would pay the $100, I bought one and it's hundreds of pages!! Would have worn out my printer trying to print it.. If you just want to view it on a computer screen then download the manual.. I like having the paper version so I can scribble notes as I find things and then have the notes for next time.. Each to their own.. :D

I bid on one on E-Bay, but was outbid. Maybe next time.

You may not need that manual now, but if you intend on keeping the bike then it's a very worthwhile investment IMHO. I Purchased a Clymer Manual for my anniversary edition aspencade, and just simple things like how to do an oil change or how to check and replace the final drive oil can save me that much in labour costs in one day. It may cost $100 now, but what will it cost in 10 years?

One thing I did want to mention to WingAdmin. Yes the manuals are downloadable but they only function on an X86 system not on any 64 bit ones. They aren't compatable either. I tried and on Win 7 X64 it was an epic fail. Oh well. Paid for the full paper one to be shipped. I've kept it on my hard drive as one day someone may find a patch to fix the issue. Hell I tried even running it in compatability mode. No go. Epic fail again. LOL.

That's strange. I'm running Win7 X64 and haven't had problems - which one specifically can't you get to run?

For my 2000 GL1500 SE Aspencade. Let me get the link. When you try to open it, it specifically states it is not compatable with X64 OS's.

Yup, you're right - I just tried it (it's the 2000 GL1500 one you were running) and it sure doesn't play nice with X64 OS's. Even running in Windows XP compatibility mode it fails.

I was however able to get it to run in a copy of Windows XP running inside Microsoft Virtual PC which was running in Windows 7 X64. A roundabout way of running it, but it works.

Now that's an option I hadn't considered. I'll explore that. Thank you for your help. Have a great week.

If you look at the top of this page you will see, on the extreme left "Manuals". Double click that and go to the one you want. TTFN.

Greetings;
If you are still interested in a 2008 Goldwing Service Manual, I have one for sale for $60.00 plus shipping. I no longer own a goldwing so I no longer need the service manual. The service manual is the hard cover with the self supporting back; which means it will support itself while you flip through the pages. If you are interested, here's my cell #: 817-914-2208, ask for Tommy; lets talk.
Regards,
Tommy
