gl1800 horn

Postby steve allen » Sun Jun 06, 2010 12:25 pm

anyone have stock horn for 1800, I want to install it on my 1200a. I want loud horn, but I don't want air-horns. All 1800's have very loud horns, an I want one cheap

Look for a set of Fiamm Freeway Blasters. I put a set on my 1100, and they are incredibly loud. You do have to put a relay in place though, as the stock 1100 (and 1200) horn wiring doesn't have the capacity to run higher power horns.

Yes, I just thought that replacing with 1800 horn would be a no brainer, cheaper too!

I kind of doubt anything Honda OEM will be cheaper. :) The FIAMMs bolt right in place of the original horns.
