Looking for 1500 parts

Postby hap2 » Sun Apr 19, 2015 3:45 pm

Looking esp for driver's backrest (the kind that screws into mounting bracket at sides of seat)

Also looking for highway pegs, air wings.

Also a trailer in a bag (go to Youtube to see what I mean) for < $600.00

Know its new taste and be loyal, you'll know when to change that oil.
Taste testing as the miles flow, souring as that acid grows.
And don't flirt with dirt or darkened oil, all the faster your engine will spoil.

OOOhhhh he made it clear he doesn't want to part with any of his trailers, he's actually looking for more Besco's.

I got that trailer from a resale shop, very rare find indeed.
I did see one at a garage sale last fall but the guy knew the value of it and wanted $700.00 (USD) and not a buck less.

Them Besco's are so light, they're pulled behind bicycles yet carry ~330 Lbs (tires rated 225 each = 450 Lbs)
It's a shame that they're discontinued. They could have at least updated it cause it sure sell in today's market.

Try samba.com, there's a few there that like them trailers.
In all basics, it be best you visit a tool store for a new inexpensive trailer. Ours tool store is called Harbor Freight.
$200.00 will get you a nice one. Sometimes that have a sale with a car top carrier for $225 and less with 20% off coupon.

Whoops. I guess I shud clarify that I already have a utility trailer to pull behind the bike. What I was really looking for was a very portable, very light trailer I could put in the trunk of my car, unfold, hook it up to my car, & use it to actually tow my bike...which is about 9 or 10 ' long & about 850 lbs. My car will only pull about 1600 max.

Thanx
