Air Copressor

Post by hoghvoltz1 » Fri Aug 06, 2010 5:41 am

I would like to know if any one could tell me how much air should be in my Front Forks 1983 1100 interstate? I would also like to know how can I tell if an air compressor is on this bike? Or can a kit be purchased?

Thank you for your time. Highvoltz :D

when you open your tank to put fuel in your bike there will be a compressor under the lid of the tank cover. your front forks should have no more than 19 pounds of air in them. Never use a home air compressor either you can blow the seals out of the forks, use a hand pump
