KURYAKYN 2015 NEW floor boards, shifter brake

Postby mrtnfischer » Sat Jun 11, 2016 4:59 pm

On my new 2015 1800GL, I really need to replace them with the stock foot rest for the GL1800.
These have 4000 miles on them I paid about 350.00 for these but will want to trade plus money. :D

I will take these off and replace them with original foot rests from a equally new GL 1800

Unless a person is quite tall, they would not want these on their bike. I tried a set and lost my shirt getting rid of them afterwards. I only have a 30 inch inseam, and getting past these to put my feet down was a virtual impossibility. I had to plan ahead, and lift them with my legs in order to touch the ground at stops. A person needs about a 36 inch inseam to properly use these. Harleys put the boards way forward compared to where these mount. Just sayin'.
It ain't about the destination - it's all about the journey
