I'm guessing you're talking about one of the Drag Specialties air dams, with lights. It's an aftermarket part.

GL1100 Air Dam

It's been out of production for many years. You might want to read through these threads, people were looking for the same thing, and I think there were a couple recommendations:

Thanks!

Yes, I was prepared for that answer.

I will start with repairing this one as good as I can and hopfully my friend can make a new with his 3D printer when he is more familiar with it.

Thanks!

well! If you can't buy, MAKE!

As I said, a friend bought a 3D-printer just for fun and was dying to get som real work for it. 3 hours in some cad program and I had a prototype. Made a version of it so I can use led instead, that's why it's flat in the bottom.

Pictures of the printed version will come later.

Now the first prototyp is made, fits like a glove but....... always a but! ;-) The light is pointing upp at the sky! I have to draw a new and adjust the angel between the housing and the front av the housing.

Back to the drawing board!

(not that the prototype is printed with the lowest possible finish and amount of plastic. The final housing will be much better)

Better this time! Just have to put it in its place to see that it pointing right this time! And than make the final two pieces with high quality printing!

I would like new ones for my scoop too. I would need lenses too. Keep me informed on your final one. I would be interested in buying completed ones from you.

I will keep you informed but I don't think I can sell them to you because I don't have the printer myself. But I will upload the final Stl file (the format that the printer uses) so you can find someone with printer that can make them for you.

Unfortunatley this version is not the final :-( I was so focused on the parts that was wrong on the first one so I forgot one thing on the second that was OK on the first. Thats life! Version three is whaiting to be printed now
