Good looking bike. With the extras on it I would go for it.

Seems like a good deal to me...mind you, that bike would go for at least $6K in this part of the world...

There is a 95 GL1500 Aspecade on Craigslist here in South Texas with 113,890 miles for $3000. $3000- $3500 is about where they’re at here. Don’t know what they go for in your area.
If it runs smooth, idles good, has minimal rust and no leaks I would buy it. Sounds like it’s well maintained.
I just bought a 1999 SE with 36,000 miles here in South Texas a few months ago for $3500 that I knew needed timing belts and carbs overhauled. Had new battery, tires, backrest, windwings and no leaks. Spent approximately $400 getting running right and did the work myself.

I gave $4800 for my '93 Aspy last year, 44K miles, perfect running condition, tons of upgrades to the stereo, all the aftermarket "SE" add-on lighting, upgraded alternator. For the year the price was maybe a bit high, but for the condition and upgrades I thought it a good buy. And it was commensurate with the other bikes I was seeing locally on Craigslist at the time. There was a real pretty blue 2000 SE with 67K miles for $5300 listed at a consignment shop, I went to look at her and was going to buy her, but the guy there told me she sold two hours before......

This being Metro Denver, going prices will vary by region....
They say 98% of all Hardleys ever made are still on the road..... The other 2% made it home.
(I stole this from somebody on another GW site...)

Picked her up. Already tinkering a bit. Had one speaker in the rear not working and the fader had a short in it so I removed the fader wired the speakers direct and found the broken wire in the trunk to get the speaker working. Sounds good now. Needs a good bath. Tires seem to suck when turning left. Cupped I think. He towed a smaller bike camper with it so that may have messed up the tires. Seems to

run great just needs some tlc. He also had the Honda service and electrical manual and a Haynes manual to go with it. Click on picture and it will be right side up lol

Congrats on the bike. From the description on Craigslist and the looks of it, it will be a good one for many years.
Just about anything you need to know about a GL is on this site. A lot of good people and knowledge. And LOTS of part available for them.

Yes $2200. Think I got a fair deal. It needs some minor work.
