Owner's Manual(s) for Older GoldWings

Post by Touristas » Sat Jun 09, 2018 11:21 pm

Hi Folks!
I know that digital Owner's Manuals for older Wings are available. I have the digital file I need for my new (to me) 2008 GL1800. However, the booklet intended to accompany the bike was not provided when I purchased it. I would like very much to have the original booklet (or one just like it) that is easily carried with the bike, rather than a thick pile of 8-1/2 x 11" copied pages. Is there a source anywhere that sells these manuals for older Wings?

Thanks much!

Hi,

Search Ebay, lots of owner manuals available.
I bought 1988 manual from Everett powersports (via ebay)

Honda uses Helm to distribute manuals. Yours is apparently on backorder but I would get on the list.

In addition to EBay I would suggest a wanted ad on several Goldwing specific boards/forums classified sections.

To Mr. Kane67 and Andy Cote,

Thank you both for your suggestions. After doing some rooting, I think I found what I was looking for on eBay and ordered the items. If this works out as I'm hoping, we'll be happy campers. Since I haven't purchased anything on eBay before, this will be a new experience and a good outcome will please me immensely! Again, thanks for your steers.
