I sincerely apologize for my absence, High-School is an absolute killer of motivation as well as a whole slew of mental health problems, i have made quite the progress recently with it, and yes, she does have a history of long sleeps, not sure with old oil,

+1 on the gunked up starter clutch. Search for threads on rejuvenating that without pulling the engine (flush crankcase oil, etc.) The regular transmission clutch is pretty durable as well. I'd check the handlebar lever pivot point, cable adjustments first. Does it stay engaged?... or stay unengage...

First item to get is an OEM manual if you haven't got one, second item is timing belts, then the rest. Everything you have mentioned except the clutch and carb issues is normal maintenance/baseline the bike for use. Put together a schedule of what you want to do and pick away at it with a goal to h...

How have you determined that the clutch and the starter clutch are bad? When attempted to start, what is assumed to be the overrunning clutch doesn't engage and start the motor, it just spins and creates a whining noise, it grabs very momentarily which results in a horrid clunking\grinding noise, a...
