Is there a diagram that shows the correct routing for the throttle cables? Also, is the adjustment only at the handgrip end, or is it also adjustable at the carb end? If so, how?

Can anyone tell me if the front left and right rotors are interchangeable? Just curious if you can put the left rotor on the right, and the right rotor on the left side of the wheel.

I have a 1993 Interstate and I'm having issues with the radio. This is a bike I bought about a month ago, and I'm going through it - getting towards the end.
