Pro 1000 Hi Viz Wheel Light Charging Kit

Just getting started adding items to the new motorcycle. Does anyone have or know how good the Pro 1000 Hi Viz Wheel Light Charging Kit system is? It looks good on its own u-tube video's. LRgVGZqiyAI If not, how has the Ring of Fire, or similar items, been for you? Just trying to make myself more vi...

Re: New 2015 Goldwing

Thanks for all of the input. Especially about the items that will make the wife unhappy.

A CB is mandatory, for me. I like riding in groups and being able to talk to them.

New 2015 Goldwing

If all goes well this week, by Saturday afternoon, I will be riding away from my local dealership with a beautiful 2015 HPNAM (ABS) Silver Goldwing. What should be the top 5 items to purchase and install on the motorcycle? I ride in most weather conditions. I am thinking CB, Kuryakyn Back Rest, High...

Re: Adding Rudy's LidKeepers to my GL1100

Very easy to do. Saved my right hand cover about a week later. I forgot to latch it tight and felt a slight tug/drag at 60mph. It takes one set per side to be safe though.

Re: Rear Brake Pedal stays down when depressed and released.

Well I must not be as fast as Gary is. Took me just under an hour. Would have been alot easier to fix 3 weeks ago when I had the Exhaust system pulled off for a diffrent issue. But it is done and what a diffrence. Thanks to everyone that gave me suggestions and helped.

Re: Rear Brake Pedal stays down when depressed and released.

Thanks for the insight. Will be doing that as soon as it warms up a little. And stops raining. I know, ha ha. Im in Washington. Will then re-bleed the brakes to see if I can resolve the long travel and spongy brake issue. Any sugentions on where to get braded lines for the brakes, or just any vehicl...

Rear Brake Pedal stays down when depressed and released.

Having an Issue with my rear brake pedal not comming up after being depressed. Unless I put my foot under it and pull up. About 2 weeks ago, while on a ride with the wife, I had to really get on the brakes to stop at a light. The car in front of me stoped short. Since then, the brake pedal stays dow...

Re: How do you fix stripped handlebars??

Thanks for all the replys and suggestions. I have the one piece clamp with the Eagle on it. It looks like by really cleaning everything and buffing a little off the clamp, not the post, has fixed the problem. Once cleaned the clamp was bottomed out on the post on the right and just about on the left...

Re: How do you fix stripped handlebars??

That was my first idea, 2 pieces of tough garden hose, and tighten down. My second was doublebacked tape and sandpaper.

How do you fix stripped handlebars??

My handlebars vibrate down until they try to hit the tank. The Mount and bars are stripped of any rough areas ( I know there is a technical term, but I cannot think of it). The prior owner said he knew that they were loose and that he just kept pulling them up to where he liked them. I have tried se...
