Yes, risers are the answer - several brands available - they usually provide both "rise" and shorten reach - i.e. bring bars closer to rider. Some offer more adjustment than others, but you can get up to about 2" adjustment (which makes a great difference in feel) without modifying hydraulic lines. ...

I changed 3 things on my last (4th) set of tires for 1800, after getting 8500-9000 miles on Elite 3's. 1. Re "option B", one other technique to keep in mind if you're going faster than you want in a turn is to lean your body more...has the same effect as leaning bike, but without leaning the bike more.
