When the bike's fan comes on, it adds electrical load, which will slow down the engine, which will affect the vacuum readings that you're trying to match. So you use an external fan to blow through the radiator to keep the bike cool, and prevent it from turning on its own fan.

Take the seat off and the inner steering covers. Strap on both sides of the frame, right behind the crosspiece in front of the trunk, as well as around the steering head. You can safely lift the bike that way.

The fuel system currently has about 2 gals of gas with an entire bottle of Sea Foam added. am also getting what smells to be oil smoke out of both exhausts.
