Re: Minimizing effects of ethanol

95 and 98 don't really exist anymore and are now E5 and E10, named after the % ethanol mixed with the gasoline. The previous 95 is now E10 so 10% ethanol and the previous 98 is now E5 with 5% ethanol. Welcome to the forum Where are you from?? East Flanders in your profile is all you put.... Thanks,...

Re: 1993 Aspencade Stereo amplifier help

That video is an older way of adding a fuse panel as the 1500 is over 20 years out of production but very relevant in adding a fuse panel. There are newer style panels available and smaller size to fit in tight spots today. I'll see what I can dig up for wiring diagrams to help you out. The panels c...

Thanks guys, thought I was on the right path with 91, had no idea that that 87 is what should be run in them (this is also my first Wing and has 25k miles on it) most all the 87 here is a 10% ethanol. Since it sounds like you guys have been running the 10% with no ill effects I'll start using it an...

Here is what Aspen does on the 6 pin connector. I think it should be universal on the 6 pin connector for 5 wire trailer wiring(separate turn lights from the brake lights)

Re: Seating the bead - new tires

The bang has to do with the stiffness of the sidewalls and how much lube and air used to seat the bead.
Have you spun the wheel and tire to check for true running?

You can not put two full faced helmets in the saddlebags even with the Corbin Hi-Capacity lids. I verified it yesterday.
Can you put 1 full face in the saddlebag with the extended lids?

Re: Clutch stutter under hard acceleration/shifting

If I'm trying to pretend I'm on a sport bike, and I'm accelerating and shift quickly, when re-engaging the clutch I'll get a weird stutter. It feels as if the clutch is repeatedly and quickly engaging and disengaging. It doesn't feel like a clutch going bad and steadily slipping (at least that's wh...

DenverWinger thank you for posting that pic of the location of the fuse. I have a trike so there are no saddlebags but the trike body blocked the relay box so I had to completely remove it. The fuse you indicated was indeed blown and has been replaced. Hopefully that solves the issue. My internet h...
