Re: Motor Trike Fog Lights Disconnect

You can buy a fog light switch from cyclemax or wingstuff. The wiring and connection's go through a relay under the left hand pocket and behind the emergency flasher panel.

Re: front springs

I do mine while it's on the bike. Just use a socket and ratchet and compress the nut down. It's not really that difficult. Just don't cross thread the threads.

Re: Suspension harshness

It is my understanding that most of the time the piston in the top half of the adv is stuck. The part that is activated by the rear brake pedal. Remove the top 2 - 5 mm bolts and see if the piston is free. You will loose no fluid at this time. Some people have rebuilt this end of the adv and others ...

Re: Spungy brake pedal

You welcome. I found that last year while doing my brakes. Using speed bleeders helps in changing brake fluid and making sure all the air is out.

Re: Spungy brake pedal

Did you bleed the brakes in the correct sequence? Being that this is a linked braked system there is a procedure to follow. Front Brake Reservoir 1: Front Right Caliper Upper Bleeder Valve 8mm 2: Front Left Caliper Middle/lower Bleeder Valve 10mm Rear Reservoir (under right side engine cover) 1: Fro...

Could you use a passenger ptt button and do your wiring off of that. Would that be easier, cheaper and still clean ?

Yes, you can use a short piece of coat hanger to brake away any hard deposits. And are you absolutely sure you pulled the drain plug ?

There is no adjustment but the mechanism may need cleaned. Un screw the cover on the inside of the trunk behind the lock. You can see how everything works for there.

Re: 12v plug and Fog Lights

Not related. You can pull the left hand pocket out by popping the 4 rivets loose and taking the trim cover off. The 12 volt outlet is more than likely unplugged from its 12 volt source someplace under the pocket. The switch to the fog lights could be dirty and may need cleaned with some electrical c...

Re: Runs rough after refueling

Does it run rough at idle? Have you had it run in idle for 10 minutes and then ride it ? The plugs will show if its running rich.

I'm sure it would not make a difference but have you changed spark plugs? When have you replaced the air filter?

Re: Slight wobble at 80 to 90 mph

There are quite a few things it may be but with the trailer hooked up you have put added weight on the farthest part of the bike which changes the geometry of the trail on the front suspension which could have an effect of high speed riding. Tire pressure and tire wear are a couple of other factors....

Re: Anyone know of a bluetooth audio (android) for the USB plug-in in trunk?

The sm10 is only a transmitter. It will transmit audio from the bike or gps or mp3 or radar to your helmet receiver. I have the sena 20s and 20evo.

Does the j&m transmit to a helmet bluetooth device?

Sena sm10 is a bluetooth receiver that will plug into the 5 pin din so you can here it over the speakers on the bike.
